Solution
We built a mobile-first system with QR check-in, a searchable member directory, event participation tracking, and a real-time staff dashboard.

Live — replacing paper check-in and giving members new ways to connect between meetings.

Regional Media Company — Sales CRM & Workflow
Problem
A six-person sales team lacked a shared view of account ownership, previous activity, follow-up, and next steps.
Solution
Rather than build from scratch, we're configuring existing CRM technology around their workflow — accounts, contacts, ownership, activity, pipeline, tasks, and reporting.
Status
In Implementation — currently being configured for rollout with the sales team.

Why CORE AI

Why start with a conversation instead of a proposal?

Before starting CORE AI, I spent roughly 17 years in organ and tissue donation — including years performing surgical recovery procedures myself before moving into regional operational leadership. It's one thing to manage a process from behind a desk; it's another to have actually done the work you're now responsible for coordinating. That environment left no room for guessing — timing, communication, documentation, and process all had to work together, and changing one piece without understanding what it affected upstream and downstream could create an entirely new problem.

That's the lesson I carried into CORE AI: understand the whole system before you touch any one piece of it — which is why we start with discovery, not a predetermined solution.
